Tuesday, August 6th 5:30-7:30pm National Night Out on Polk & Ingersoll

Come and meet your neighbors and local police officers!

This year will have tons of Activities including:
Children’s games
Blank Park Zoo animals
Bicycle Safety Clinic
Free children’s bike helmets (limited supply)
Free Outside Scoop Ice Cream
A drawing for WNA prints
Des Moines Fire Truck on site (subject to availability)
Bicycle registration with City of Des Moines

Drake Relays Road Races – Back in Waterbury!

The annual Drake Relays Half Marathon will once again extend its 13.1 mile course through our neighborhood.

Over 1,100 runners enjoyed the hospitality of our fair neighborhood last year and we expect a larger number this year.

WNA Annual Meeting Sunday, February 18, 2018 at 3 pm

The Waterbury Neighborhood Association Annual Meeting will
be held on Sunday, February 18th at 3 pm at Plymouth Church
in the Greenwood Room. Come to hear about plans for 2018 and
to share your ideas for neighborhood improvements. Our mayor,
city council members, county supervisors and neighborhood
police liaison have been invited. We hope to see you at 4126
